About the role

Chainalysis' communications team crafts the voice of the world's largest blockchain intelligence firm. Central to that effort is social media. How do we break through in an attention-starved world? This will be your strategy to write. Working directly with our content team, you will create engaging, distinct, and crisp copy that influences the public's understanding of our work. You'll analyze what language clicks with different audiences on different platforms, tailoring your messaging accordingly.ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective strategies for communicating on LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. Design new methods for evaluating our posts' performance on social media, iterating on what's working, and fixing what's not. Write compelling social copy that translates complex blockchain topics for their target audience. React quickly to news, identifying where Chainalysis can engage in the conversation. Track performance across channels, distill what is resonating with each audience, and continuously refine our approach based on data.Grow the visibility of Chainalysis executives through thoughtful social storytelling. Maintain a high bar for editorial judgment, brand consistency, and accuracy in everything we publish.Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B technology, media, financial services, cybersecurity, or adjacent brand. A deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and associated technologies. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a clear sense of how to adapt output across platforms. A track record of building social media strategies that increase engagement.Comfort using analytics to evaluate performance, develop experiments and guide decisions about messaging. A strong instinct for creating authentic voices that earns attention online. Nice to have experience Familiarity with blockchain analytics, financial crime, and regulatory subject matters. Experience working cross-functionally with writers, designers, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders. Experience supporting executive profiles or expert spokespeople on social media.
