Who We Are: Looking up Expedia Group will tell you about a massive global travel giant that owns corporate brands like Expedia.com, Vrbo, Orbitz, and Hotels.com. However, Expedia Cruises operates on a much more personal level. We are a full-service retail franchise network of brick-and-mortar travel agencies and independent Vacation Consultants specializing in air, land and sea vacations. If you join our team, you won't be working in a giant corporate structure. You’ll be in both our local retail centers, working closely with the franchise owners and our Vacation Consultants. We are a growing team where your individual contributions matter, and you’ll be truly valued for who you are.
Responsibilities: The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in scaling our multi-location agency by optimizing workflows, protecting revenue, and partnering with leadership to drive business expansion. This position bridges day-to-day operational execution with strategic growth across our two Expedia Cruises locations in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and sales skills, a strong work ethic, is adaptable, has a problem-solving mindset, and is highly organized. Systems & Process Ownership: Own the operational backbone - managing CRMs, tracking metrics including departures and commissions, and streamlining multi-location workflows. Leadership Support: Act as a strategic right-hand to leadership, clearing operational roadblocks and scaling administrative systems. Drive efficiency and center sales, and support expansion as the agency scales.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Center Operations:* Maintain daily office organization, systems, and administrative tracking logs.* Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and general correspondence for agency leadership.* Prepare and organize documents, forms, and digital files supporting daily business needs.* Client Database & CRM Management. Personal Booking Commission: If you directly handle personal travel bookings, we offer a bonus compensation.
Qualifications: * Sales and Team leadership skills a must.* Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM and Social Media platforms, and general office technology.* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.* Resourceful troubleshooter with a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with clients, suppliers, and team members.* Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a small-business setting.* Must be willing to travel between both locations (Henderson and Summerlin) as needed.* Background or strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is a plus.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
