About the role
General Responsibilities Include:
Receptionist duties - answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, mailings as needed.
Assist visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
Distribute petty cash and balance cash box.
Resident fund management.
Assist with administrative duties as directed. This includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.
Pick up, sort, and distribute mail as directed.
Order supplies and forms as needed.
Update and print various listings as instructed by department directors.
15-25 hours per week.
