About the role

Progyny, based in New York, seeks a Senior Director of Healthcare Compliance to lead the company’s regulatory program across jurisdictions. You will oversee licensure, reporting, and strategic guidance on regulatory changes, working with regulatory bodies to ensure timely compliance. You will mentor the compliance team, collaborate with Legal, Operations, Network, and Product teams, and develop policies, procedures, and training to advance corporate goals and compliance excellence.
