About the role
Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for our security team in Maryland. You will partner with management to process requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting approach. This role involves applicant screening, interviews, offers, background checks, benefits enrollment, and HRIS data handling. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
