Float Customer Service Supervisor Location: SouthCoast Region, needs to be available to float between our Fairhaven, Ashley Blvd, Elm St., State Rd, and Dartmouth St. Branches - May be eligible for mileage reimbursement Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required Join Our Team and Lead Exceptional Customer Experiences Are you a passionate leader who thrives on delivering outstanding service and developing high-performing teams? What You'll Do Lead & Inspire: - Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff - Provide ongoing training and feedback - Manage staffing schedules Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues - Build strong relationships with customers Drive Results & Growth: - Identify referral opportunities - Support sales initiatives and branch goals Ensure Operational Excellence: - Oversee teller operations and cash handling - Maintain compliance with policies Be a Team Player: - Collaborate across departments - Participate in community events What You Bring - Minimum 1 year teller experience - Strong leadership skills - Customer-focused mindset - Knowledge of banking products - Strong attention to detail - Positive attitude and reliability Why Join BayCoast Bank We believe in making a difference for our customers, community, and employees.
