About the role

Meta is seeking a Director of Regional Development to grow Meta’s data center portfolio and lead regional capacity initiatives across North America. You will partner with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal teams to craft strategic plans, structure deals, and drive capacity delivery while mitigating risk. You will recruit and mentor staff, ensure ongoing professional development, and represent Meta in high-level discussions with governments, suppliers, and regulators.
