Birdbox Store Manager The Birdbox Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing daily activities, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales performance, to meet and exceed company goals. The manager will lead a team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and customer service excellence. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment. Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with experience managing inventory and sales data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual display techniques. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving customer retention. Certification in food service management or leadership training programs. Servsafe certified Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage. Oversee daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment. Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Recruit, schedule, and evaluate store employees to build a high-performing team.
