Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time (9:00-12:30 Monday to Thursday) Front Desk and Medical Assistant to become a part of our private OB-GYN practice that is one of the best in the area! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep our medical office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine clinical tasks.
Communicate with hospital/clinics and laboratory companies for patient care related issues.
Handle all clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Mandarin/English is a must (most of our patients are Mandarin-speaking).Newly graduated college students are welcome to apply. Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields is not required.
Good organizational skills and some computer/internet skills.
Friendly, caring, a good team-player.
