We help travelers stay healthy through vaccinations, travel consultations, travel documents, and essential travel supplies. Each year, organizations across the U.S. partner with Passport Health to provide onsite flu vaccination and biometric screening clinics for their employees. As we prepare for another busy flu season, we're looking for organized, customer-focused professionals to join our National Accounts team.
Position Summary
The National Account Administrator is a full-time, temporary position supporting our National Accounts team during the busy flu season. This role serves as the administrative backbone of the department by ensuring client contracts, account records, onsite events, and service documentation are accurate and up to date.
Working closely with Account Managers, nurses, and corporate clients, this position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational excellence throughout each client engagement.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Non-Exempt)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday (hours based on business needs)
Assignment Length: Temporary seasonal position with the potential for extension based on business needs
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain corporate client contracts within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate and maintain client account records to support Account Managers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for nurses supporting onsite events by answering questions and resolving issues.
Monitor and respond to internal and external support requests through Zendesk in a timely manner.
Coordinate and enter onsite flu and wellness events within the OEM scheduling system.
Audit client accounts and event records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Perform quality assurance reviews of completed nurse services to ensure contractual expectations are met.
Maintain and update internal reference guides, documentation, and resources.
Assist clients with service-related questions and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
Partner with Sales, Scheduling, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure successful event execution.
Complete additional administrative projects and support departmental initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of administrative, customer service, account coordination, or operations experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Microsoft Office Suite
PDF editing software
CRM or scheduling platforms
