This position is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars. The role includes organizing and updating records, preparing documents and correspondence, and supporting office logistics such as supplies, meeting coordination, and filing systems. The Administrative Assistant may assist with executive-level administrative tasks, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. This role works closely with staff and clients to ensure smooth office operations and a professional, welcoming environment aligned with ACS’s mission.Qualifications Seeking Degreed, Executive Level Candidates, bilingual preferably, should possess strong Leadership Capabilities, Business Manager, Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for managing daily office operations and supporting leadership.Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record management.Relevant skills such as proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), calendar management, and basic data management are beneficial.Additional qualifications such as prior experience in a nonprofit or mental/behavioral health setting, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed service are preferred.
