About the Role: The Company is in search of a VP, Product & Sourcing to spearhead the development and execution of product strategy, sourcing, and assortment for its U.S. business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining category, assortment, and product strategy across various surface categories, with a focus on developing region-specific assortments that align with local demand trends and commercial priorities. This role demands a leader with a strong commercial orientation, deep understanding of global sourcing markets, and a proven track record in SKU management, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management. The VP will also be tasked with building and managing a diversified supplier ecosystem, leading sourcing decisions, and partnering with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure that sourcing and inventory align with commercial demand. The ideal candidate for this transformational leadership role at the company will have a background in distribution-first surfaces platforms, with a focus on assortment curation, sourcing agility, and commercial product activation.
