The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of this transformation, responsible for owning and scaling the systems, supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and operational infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for an individual with a background in both supply chain and business operations, who has a proven track record of scaling a consumer business, particularly in the beauty, wellness, or CPG sectors. The role demands a builder who can create and implement the necessary systems, processes, and teams to support the company's ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations at the company include leading the end-to-end supply chain strategy, driving cost efficiency, and managing vendor relationships. The role also involves leading the implementation of an ERP system, championing data integrity, and continuously improving systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements, with experience in DTC, retail, and international expansion. They should be adept at connecting operational decisions to business outcomes, and be able to move seamlessly between strategic and tactical tasks.
