About the role
- WHATYOU'LLDOThe receiveris to ensure timely and accurate receipts of all products that are received into the distribution center. This position is also responsible for all BOL documentation and itemized shipping documentation.

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Provides accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse.
- Utilizes operating systems affiliated with RK DC operations such as ATK, Latitude, etc.
- Moves product via powered industrial equipment to and from location when receipt is complete and processed.
- Understand and follow vendor compliance processes.
- Communicate with drivers after trailers are unloaded.
- Rework problem freight
- Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- May be required to cross train and perform other duties.
- PREFEREDQUALIFICATIONSPrior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
