What You'll Do: Your focus is on producing high-quality, detailed work, based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. You are patient and have a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time to produce consistent, error-free work. Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools Interpret blueprints to construct products Maintain daily assembly requirements Perform final product testing Lift and move lightweight to heavy-weight objects Keep your work area clean and orderly Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead Operates a forklift and order picker at heights up to 35', for annual inventory Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license Your Experiences & Skills Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Good mechanical aptitude Ability to use basic hand tools Knowledge of metric dimensions Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments Ability to work well with others
