The pay for this role is $25 - $27 per hour DOE.

Our Lead Concierge:
Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
Supplement Concierge Role: Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levels
Concierge Scheduling: Assist in managing the Concierge team's schedule.
Safety and Security: Address safety and security concerns promptly, including monitoring emergency and security systems during daytime hours
Provides exceptional customer service to our team
Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
