About the role
Urban Golf Performance (UGP) Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Golf Club Fitting & Sales to build, lead, and scale our club fitting and club sales division, with in-person leadership across locations. This role will develop a clear, repeatable fitting system, drive revenue of $750K–$1M+ per location, train coaches and fitters, and create KPIs and playbooks to ensure consistent results. In-person, fast-growth environment with OEM collaboration.
