Role Description: We are hiring a Crypto Investment Manager to lead investment research, digital asset strategy, portfolio analysis, and market intelligence across cryptocurrency and Web 3 markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role focused on crypto investment strategy, digital asset markets, portfolio positioning, blockchain finance, and emerging investment opportunities. The Crypto Investment Manager will monitor crypto markets, evaluate digital asset opportunities, support portfolio strategy, and prepare investment-focused research materials across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency investing, digital assets, Web 3 finance, portfolio strategy, and emerging financial technology.

Responsibilities: • Lead research across cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, token ecosystems, blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets• Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, investor sentiment, market cycles, volatility, and ecosystem developments• Support investment strategy, portfolio positioning, asset allocation research, risk awareness, and opportunity evaluation across crypto markets• Prepare investment research notes, market intelligence updates, digital asset reports, portfolio briefs, and strategy materials• Track developments across crypto exchanges, Web 3 startups, venture activity, regulatory updates, institutional adoption, and on-chain activity• Evaluate investment opportunities across DeFi, tokenized assets, Web 3 infrastructure, stablecoins, protocols, and crypto-native products• Collaborate with team members on crypto research, portfolio analysis, investment strategy, and digital asset market projects• Maintain organized research files, market trackers, opportunity pipelines, token watchlists, portfolio notes, and crypto intelligence resources Qualifications• Strong interest in cryptocurrency investing, digital assets, blockchain, Web 3, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized finance• Familiarity with crypto markets, investment research, portfolio strategy, token analysis, blockchain networks, or digital asset analysis• Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token ecosystems, market cycles, investor sentiment, portfolio risk, and digital finance concepts• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, Trading View, portfolio tools, or financial research platforms is a plus• Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to explain investment insights, crypto market trends, digital asset risks, and portfolio opportunities clearly• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research, strategy, and stakeholder priorities• Previous experience in investment research, crypto research, fintech, financial markets, portfolio analysis, asset management, or Web 3 projects is helpful Benefits• Remote work environment• Exposure to cryptocurrency investment strategy, digital asset markets, blockchain finance, DeFi, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and Web 3 ecosystems• Opportunity to build experience across investment research, portfolio analysis, market intelligence, and digital asset strategy• Collaborative, research-driven, finance-focused, and innovation-oriented environment• Opportunities for professional development and growth Compensation

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year depending on experience
