About the role
Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the Director of Corporate Strategy works closely with leaders across the company to develop and drive company, product, and functional strategy. The Director of Corporate Strategy is an experienced strategist with a strong healthcare, business acumen that helps guide enterprise growth and operational excellence. Corporate Strategy is a small team of individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, are passionate about helping our customers and all colleagues succeed, isn't afraid to push boundaries, and looks to achieve great results the right way.Essential Job Responsibilities Include:Support VP of Strategy and Corporate Development with development of long-range strategic plan and work cross-functionally to translate into annual plansAct as a thought partner to leadership, facilitating strategic planning process and helping leaders shape data-driven plans to identify and address business issues and opportunitiesConduct internal and external primary and secondary research activities, financial modeling / growth projection analyses, and build and deliver executive ready deliverablesIdentify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunitiesLead ad-hoc strategy & development initiatives, as neededProvide internal consulting support for high-priority initiativesLeverage structured problem solving frameworks to drive decision-makingPartner with cross-functional teams in driving execution of high-impact projectsPartner with and advise leadership on topics relevant to their own functional areasAct as liaison for relevant strategic initiatives, and help develop and track implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and disciplineRole model & champion RxBenefits ValuesMaintain high levels of communication and coordination, sustaining a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-orientationRequired Skills / Experience:Master's degree in business or equivalent preferred5-10 years' experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy3+ years' healthcare experienceHighly collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across all departments to build trusted partnerships with various stakeholdersExcellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to apply these skills in complex situations with competing prioritiesHighly motivated, self-starterAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detailPreferred Skills/Experience:PBM experience preferredWe are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
