About the role

Job Title An on-site electrician will physically monitor the environment by conducting periodic patrols. Responsible for managing preventive maintenance activities according to Client's PM plan in collaboration with Client's subcontractors. Electrical Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1 and L2. HVAC Incidents: Provide immediate response to incidents classified as L1. All PM and MH activities will adhere to Client's standards.
Qualifications and Requirements: Certified electrician license. Basic HVAC knowledge and skills. Service availability 24/7 for incident response. Basic computer skills (Office suite, operating systems). Serve as Level1 support for incidents in HVAC, water, and air systems. Serve as Level1 & Level2 support for incidents in Electrical systems. Strong service orientation, responsibility, independence, and a systems oriented mindset.
