THE DETAILS:Contract-to-hire position On-site 4 days a week in the South Charlotte areaWHAT YOU WILL DOManage executive calendars, prioritize requests, resolve conflicts, and keep key leadership and board deadlines on track. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, connections, time zones, and visa requirements/documentation. Support board and leadership meetings by coordinating materials, uploading decks, tracking outstanding items, and assisting with presentation and org chart updates. Manage contract signatures, document execution, and other sensitive executive materials with discretion and follow-through. Handle day-to-day office and vendor coordination, including supplies and administrative needs, while keeping executive support as the top priority. HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIEDExperience supporting senior executives, with the ability to take ownership of calendars, travel and administrative priorities from the outset. A track record of arranging travel accurately, including careful handling of time zones, connections and itinerary details. International travel coordination experience is strongly preferred. Sound judgment when several leaders need support at once, with reliable follow-through during busy travel periods and board deadlines. Close attention to detail in scheduling, documentation and signature tracking. Practical working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Slack and Share Point. Power Point skills for presentation and organizational chart updates would be helpful. Discretion with confidential information and professional communication with executives, board members and vendors.
