About the role
Leading a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will assist in achieving production goals and operational excellence while managing a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production targets and enhance profitability
Recruit, train, and retain top talent while communicating business goals and performance results to staff
Engage with local and state mortgage banking associations to maintain industry knowledge and promote an effective sales environment
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
Thorough knowledge of mortgage products, services, and current market trends
