About the role
Owning research strategy and execution across client engagements, the full-time Lead Researcher will conduct mixed-methods research, partner with product leadership, and translate findings into actionable product directions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and run mixed-methods research programs, including interviews, surveys, and market analysis
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations for product development
Serve as the primary research partner for client stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating workshops
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in user research, design research, or product strategy
Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Proven ability to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex relationships
Experience with service design artifacts such as blueprints and journey maps
Familiarity with modern discovery practices and research platforms
