About the role

Zanes Law Injury Lawyers is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own day-to-day operations across Intake, Settlements, Finance and People, with real authority and direct accountability. In Phoenix at 3333 E. Camelback Rd, this role partners with the founders as a true second-in-command, negotiates contracts, leads budgeting and HR, and builds KPI dashboards to surface performance.
