About the role
WareSpace is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee 7–10 properties within a designated region. You will lead on-site General Managers, ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, multi-site experience in commercial real estate, and willingness to travel regularly to WareSpace locations. You will collaborate with construction, leasing, marketing, and finance teams to execute strategic initiatives.
