About the role
- Full-time hours (35–37.5/week) with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week – your paycheck stays consistent even when clients cancel

- Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification)
- Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong reliability and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
