Hours:
M- F 9am- 5pm, 1 Sat./mos. 9am- 1pm. Flex. 4 or 5 days/wk. Techs refract & have modern equipment. Comp. Base & Bonus (90th%), Comp ben. incl.: 3 wks PTO (closed 1 1/2 wks between Xmas and New Year)- incr. with time, Company-matched 401k, Med. & Dent. Ins, Vision ben., CME (c PTO), licensure allow., DEA fees, AOA & GOA member dues, & Malpractice ins. ODs paid for post-ops. 10K Signing Bonus & 10K Bonus p 2nd yr. Shared OD/MD call.
