ByteDance's America Early Careers team partners with universities across the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil to deliver a premier student experience and showcase ByteDance's people, culture, and technology through attraction, engagement and internship programs.
This role leads full-cycle recruitment for internships and graduates, works with regional/global hiring managers on data-driven sourcing, and partners with Center of Excellence teams to align recruitment objectives.
