Job Description: Machine Builder – 1st Shift | Up to $30/hr+Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: Up to $30/hr, potentially higher based on experience
Are you a hands-on Machine Builder or Mechanical Assembler who enjoys building complex equipment from the ground up? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of custom packaging machinery and automation equipment. We’re looking for a mechanically skilled individual who can read drawings, assemble equipment, troubleshoot issues, and take pride in building high-quality machines.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and assemble custom industrial machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Install mechanical components, hardware, pneumatics, and related equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete machine builds
- Inspect assemblies for proper fit, function, and quality
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the build process
- Work closely with engineering and other team members to complete projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, industrial equipment, or a related manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
