About the role

Grateful Giving is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with an innovative tech platform and mobile app that turns gratitude into generosity. Our purpose is to transform lives by inspiring more giving every day. We have generated more than $1 million charitable giving so far, and our long-term vision is to grow to more than $1 billion in annual giving. We are seeking individuals to serve on our Board of Directors and other leadership roles. Because we are a nonprofit, these are volunteer roles, not paid employment positions. General attributes: Believe in the importance of charitable giving Believe in using technology as a force for good Willing to give both time and dollars alongside others doing the same to make a significant social impact Available positions: Board of Directors Provide governance and strategic leadership for the Grateful Giving Foundation Meets quarterly by Zoom with one in-person meeting per year Directors serve on committees that include finance, technology, marketing, and fundraising Time commitment: 40 hours per year Financial commitment: annual donation to grow Grateful Giving’s impact Executive Advisory Board Provide strategic advice and expertise for the Grateful Giving Foundation Meets quarterly by Zoom Time commitment: 10 hours per year Financial commitment: annual donation to grow Grateful Giving’s impact Giving Leadership Council Select other nonprofits to receive grants from the Grateful Giving Foundation Meet quarterly by Zoom Time commitment: 4 to 6 hours per year Financial commitment: quarterly donation to fund grants and the program The Grateful Giving team is remote with volunteers across the United States. Because we are nonprofit, these are volunteer roles, not paid employment positions.
