About the role

Astec is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead the onsite Eugene, OR facility, directing safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee manufacturing of heaters, tanks, piping, and related components, manage capital projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong welding and fabrication background, and extensive experience with ERP systems and budgeting.
