Role Description: The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX, responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This role includes managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, maintaining records and files, and preparing basic reports and documentation. The Administrative Coordinator will respond to customer and internal inquiries, support frontline customer service, and assist with billing, invoicing, and other routine finance-related tasks. The role also involves handling office communications, organizing supplies and resources, and collaborating with team members to support projects and company initiatives.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and daily office operations. Candidates should possess basic Finance skills to support invoicing, billing, and expense tracking. Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or customer-facing role preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are an asset.
