Responsibilities: Accountable for safely operating the press brake position. Consistently wear the required PPE per policy. Complete safety audits monthly. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Seek to identify potential hazards and resolve them. Quality-minded with attention to detail. Accurately read measuring equipment: calipers, height gauge, and micrometer. Accurately read and interpret blueprints. Notify appropriate support elements when non-conformances are identified. Competent machine operator. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Work independently with minimal assistance required once trained. Think critically and demonstrate the ability to understand and set up machines. Organization of area maintaining cleanliness and 5S elements. Exemplifier of our corporate values. Be a living example of excellence, integrity, and profound respect for the individual. Understand and model the Beckett Cultural Foundations. Demonstrates best practices. Model general manufacturing best practice principles. Demonstrate the best methods for completing tasks.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED - required. Safety-conscious individual with a high level of accountability. A quality-minded individual with attention to detail. A competent machine operator. Demonstrator of best practices.
