About the role
Managing day-to-day HR operations, the full-time HR Services Supervisor will oversee a team of specialists, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with guidelines, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities:
Support daily operations by monitoring case loads, conducting audits, and prioritizing tasks
Inspire and motivate direct reports through effective feedback, training, and recognition practices
Collaborate with key partners to enhance service levels and recommend process improvements to HR leadership
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field preferred
2-3 years of Human Resources experience, with specialist experience preferred
1-2 years of direct supervisory experience
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and case management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high case counts in a fast-paced environment
