About the role
Pride Staff is looking for Powder Coat 1 associates for a manufacturing company in Escalon, CA. The Powder Coat 1/ Wet Paint 1 is responsible for tasks related to the powder coating and wet paint process at a basic level in order to support the organization’s production requirements. Responsibilities Include the Following: Responsible for hanging and removing parts from the powder coat line with crane Able to apply dry powder to parts prior to curing in oven Proficient use of hand tools Responsible for blowing off steel grit coming out of blaster Responsible for the masking and taping of parts Responsible for the painting of wet paint to equipment related accessories to required MIL spec Can troubleshoot problems with painting equipment; knows the appropriate adjustments to make to the equipment Responsible for assmebling paint kits for equipment Responsible for recordkeeping of VOC usage Qualifications Include the Following: Recent, relevant work experience within the past 12 months Ability to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 50+ pounds Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Schedule: M-F from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm (OT as needed) Pay Range Varies DOE: $16.90-$17.00/HR For immediate consideration, please call our office 209-577-3663 #mon Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.90 - $17.00 Per Hour
