SALARY
$200,000-$285,000
About the role
- Zero red-tape, zero beau acracy - maximum trust, maximum meritocracy.
- Own the planning, budget, and risk engine behind one of the biggest AI data center buildouts happening right now = multiple gigawatt-scale sites.
- Real ownership of the schedule and budget, not a reporting seat - you turn capacity targets into executable plans and drive them.
- Direct partnership with Construction and Design leadership, with your work visible from kick-off through handover.
- High-intensity team solving problems that haven't been solved at this scale before.
- Role scope
- Build, maintain, and drive integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Own project budgets and cash-flow forecasts; govern the change-order process and report earned-value KPIs weekly.
- Facilitate phase-gate and 30/60/90% design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle — RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, and close-out documentation.
- Partner with Construction and Design teams to translate capacity targets into executable, trackable project plans.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
