About the role

100 Hires, Inc. is seeking an Automation Engineer in North Carolina to support the manufacturing of optical fiber. You will develop and maintain PLC programs and provide controls and automation support for production equipment and processes. Work with the technical staff to resolve daily production issues, assist in commissioning new equipment, ensure proper backups of programs, and uphold safety and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 guidelines while pursuing continuous improvement.
