What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems Complete both in-shop and field service work Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs Manage billable time and assigned work orders Support customer clinics and education events Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment
What You Bring:
Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus)Ability to work independently and on a team Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus) GMM
