About the role

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time assignment at a medical facility in Stockton, CA. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:00pm. Rate: $85/hr on a 1099 basis with weekly pay. Responsibilities include initial evaluations, creating and adjusting treatment plans, delivering therapy, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and coordinating with physicians, nurses and other therapists to ensure optimal patient care.
