About the role
Brex in New York City is seeking a Risk & Compliance Lead to drive regulatory compliance programs across the company. You will manage core processes, partner with Legal, GRC, and People teams, and coordinate with external auditors and bank partners in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The role is based in our NYC office with a hybrid work model, requiring three in-office days weekly and up to four remote days per year. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
