About the role

Industrial Painter We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting metal components using industrial spray equipment. Responsibilities include surface preparation, mixing and applying coatings, inspecting finished products for quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and apply coatings using industrial spray equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow specifications and guidelines for painting tasks.

Essential Skills: Experience in industrial or spray painting. Proficiency in using painting equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive painting techniques. Experience with sandblasting. Familiarity with using a spray gun.

Work Environment: Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts and overtime available.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springville, AL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.51 - $26.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
