About the role
Converting high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers, the full-time Inside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB merchants while actively sourcing new opportunities through outbound prospecting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing with SMB merchants across various industries
Engage and convert inbound leads while generating a significant portion of the pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver consultative solutions that address customer pain points
Required qualifications
1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in a SaaS or SMB-focused environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment
Strong proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and a data-driven approach to managing sales activities
A hunter mentality with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach to build and accelerate the sales pipeline
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong desire for personal growth
