About the role
Position Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency across the organization. This role leads process improvement initiatives, develops performance metrics, supports cross-functional projects, and ensures consistency across departments. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership
- Evaluate and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Develop and implement operational best practices
- Standardize workflows across departments
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Manage operational projects from planning through execution
- Project Management
- Lead and support strategic initiatives
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Monitor budgets, milestones, and overall progress
- Report updates to executive leadership
- Identify and resolve operational roadblocks
- Process Improvement
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze workflows to identify efficiency gains
- Recommend and implement technology enhancements
- Develop scalable, repeatable operational processes
- Performance & Reporting
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Monitor departmental performance and operational trends
- Analyze data to support decision-making
- Prepare reports and insights for executive leadership
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives

Assist with audit preparation and execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field5–8 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools
- Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, Insurance, or Third-Party Administration (TPA)
