Board Certification: NCCAA State license required: Yes DEA:NA CSR:NA Certifications preferred: Certifications required: BLS, ACLS Minimum experience required:2 years preferred (1 year REQUIRED), MUST have level I trauma experience-no exceptions Credentialing Timeframe:90 days for full privileges. Can grant temps with clean providers to make start date
