- Supervise and coordinate flagging crews at multiple job sites throughout North Carolina.
- Ensure all traffic control operations comply with company policies, OSHA requirements, MUTCD standards, and NCDOT regulations.
- Conduct field inspections to verify proper work zone setup and safe work practices.
- Coach, mentor, and develop flagging personnel while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments and respond to changing operational needs.
- Perform site visits and provide direction to crews on traffic control implementation.
- Maintain required documentation, certifications, and daily reports.
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and field personnel regarding work progress and operational needs.
- Investigate and address safety concerns, incidents, and performance issues promptly.
- Minimum 2 years of flagging experience
- Current Flagger CertificationNC Basic Work Zone Installer CertificationNC Work Zone Supervisor CertificationOSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout North Carolina
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and emergency call-outs
- Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Associate RequirementsHS Diploma or GEDBackground CheckAble to Lift 60 pounds
