This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial operations and systems infrastructure, with a focus on the Salesforce platform as the core commercial system. The role involves owning the strategy, governance, and delivery of Salesforce and the broader revenue technology ecosystem, driving data integrity, and standardizing quote-to-revenue processes. The successful candidate will also be tasked with pipeline and forecasting governance, ensuring revenue integrity in collaboration with finance, and leading transformation execution to modernize and automate commercial processes. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, or sales technology leadership, with a proven track record of leading transformation in global organizations. Deep expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM systems, as well as strong financial acumen and experience in billing operations and revenue workflows, are essential. The role requires a leader who can define and drive execution strategy, lead global, cross-functional teams, and demonstrate success in the first 12 months through the establishment of a unified forecasting model, process standardization, and measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
