Exemplifies excellent customer service at all times.
Minimum Education:
HSD or GED. Associate's Degree in healthcare related field preferred. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. Work Experience: 1 year related experience in health insurance field or two years hospital registration experience required. Direct experience in hospital precertification and benefit/eligibility verification desired.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Employee must possess the ability to organize and prioritize work; must be detail oriented.
