  • Diagnose issues using multimeters, calipers, micrometers, and other diagnostic tools
  • Support maintenance improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability
  • Complete accurate work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS systems
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and help drive process improvements
  • Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and quality teams
  • Provide guidance and training to junior technicians
  • Must have industrial maintenance experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Must have hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Comfortable using computers and maintenance software Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check

  • Must be at least 18 years old
