About the role

Diageo plc Lebanon, KY is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across a distillation site. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws while guiding site leadership on risk management and incident prevention. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in EHS (CSP preferred), 5+ years in production/distillation, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement and safety culture across operations.
