About the role
Coordinating the product servicing process, the full-time remote Product Servicing Specialist will manage customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the entire servicing cycle while providing support to customers and vendors.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate service processes between customers, sales, and repair centers while providing technical support over the phone
Investigate and address customer complaints and servicing requests, ensuring appropriate resolutions
Maintain repair records, conduct monthly repair analysis, and recommend improvements based on service quality evaluations
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Customer Service, or Engineering
Experience in problem-solving through systematic operations
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
Experience in processing and analyzing relevant details to draw concise conclusions
